Come home to your body. Understand how you’re designed to move through life. Lead from a place that feels like you.
You’ve learned how to keep going, care for others, and meet what life asks of you. But somewhere along the way, it may have become harder to hear what you need.
Embodied By Design is a six-week small group experience for women ready to reconnect with their bodies, trust their inner guidance, and create a life and way of leading that supports them, too.
Beta applications are open · $597
You show up. You carry what needs carrying. You’ve built a life that works in many ways, yet you may find yourself wondering: When did I stop asking what I actually want?
You crave more space to breathe, but keep pushing through. Rest feels unfamiliar. Decisions come with doubt. And even when you’re doing everything you’re supposed to do, something feels out of step with you.
You need space to hear yourself again.
Imagine recognizing when your body is asking for rest, when your energy is ready for action, and when an old expectation is speaking louder than your own voice.
Through this experience, you’ll practice listening to yourself, making choices with greater clarity, and creating a rhythm that can hold both your ambitions and your need for care.
You can nurture and lead. Receive and take action. Make space for both sides of yourself without forcing either one.
Embodied By Design gives you a supportive space to slow down and explore what is true for you.
We begin with the body through movement, breathwork, and reflection. We then use astrology and Human Design as tools for exploring your patterns, energy, and strengths—and bring those reflections into your everyday choices.
You don’t need any experience with astrology or Human Design. I’ll guide you in clear, accessible language.
In a small group, there’s room for your individual experience to be seen and for the insights of others to deepen your own.
Week 1 — Return to the Body
Slow down, arrive in the present, and begin noticing what your body has been communicating.
Week 2 — Listen Beneath the Noise
Recognize the habits, expectations, and stress responses that make it difficult to hear yourself.
Week 3 — Restore Your Inner Balance
Explore the relationship between rest and action, receptivity and direction, nurturing and leadership.
Week 4 — Remember Your Natural Design
Use astrology and Human Design as tools for reflecting on your energy, decisions, and natural strengths.
Week 5 — Realign Your Life and Work
Look at where your current choices support you, where they drain you, and what you want to change.
Week 6 — Embody Your Next Chapter
Bring what you’ve learned into a grounded vision and practices you can carry forward.
You’re ready to feel more connected to your body and more confident in your choices.
You want room to explore who you are beneath the roles you’ve held.
You’re curious about understanding your patterns and discovering what supports your energy.
And you’re willing to meet yourself with curiosity as you build a more nourishing way to live, work, and lead.
You do not need to have it all figured out before you begin.
Kamala Ingrid
I’m Kamala Ingrid, a yoga therapist, embodiment coach, and author of The Embodied Healer.
For more than 26 years, I’ve guided people through movement, breath, and practices that deepen their connection with themselves.
My work brings together yoga therapy, somatic awareness, breathwork, energy healing, astrology, and Human Design. Together, we turn self-understanding into practices you can use in your daily life.
I created Embodied By Design for the woman who has spent years showing up for others and is ready to make space for herself—to listen to her body, honor her energy, and move forward with greater self-trust.
Embodied By Design is a six-week journey with Kamala Ingrid in a supportive small group.

As part of this first group, you’ll be invited to share honest feedback about your experience to help shape future rounds of the program.
If this feels like your next step, begin with a short application. It gives me space to learn what you’re seeking and whether this experience is the right fit for you.
After I review your application, I’ll follow up personally with the next steps. Applying does not commit you to payment.
